I want to thank the man who served us last night through the drive thru. Even though I'd ordered wrong (I wanted the wrap cheese only but managed to put through without cheese for my child). He highlighted that I'd ordered wrong (so I checked and he was correct!) He still got us the replacement with a friendly face anyways. Top guy and an example to first class customer service. My kids love KFC, me not so much but it was surprisingly good. Definitely freshly prepared with good service and was very quick. I've had bad experiences at other branches but the only fault I have after my visit to Colne was they didn't put my sauce order (40p extra paid) in the bag and I didn't notice until I got home.
Today 28th March 2025 evening 6pm I visited KFC with my family, it was such a busy hour and heavy queue for delivery as well. Want to specifically mention the service today, the two people who were serving did a great job. There was not even a minute they were free. Great job guys, keep up the good work. My previous experience there was always some mix up with the order but this time it was not the case. The atmosphere was not that good due to heavy crowd and overflowing bins, those are understandable seeing the crowd.
Called in on the way home, shop was clean and tidy, small queue, no waiting, ordered a bucket, 6 pieces and fries ,made fresh only took a few minutes. Really nice and hot. Staff made welcome. All in all a good experience.
Very good employees. Helpful with orders and made me happy with supercharger sauce even though they were out of stock.

Think people only post a review when things are bad, really nice pleasant staff. Went tonight. System was down had to wait 10 mins but they were lovely. Looked after us and threw in a few extras. Thought it deserved a good review. Thankyou
Food was red hot and very juicy. Wife eat all.hers but I had to stop cos I was full. Had a great supper though it eat cold still tasty. Going there again 4 sure.
